Welcome to Topline Tech Computer Services, a company created by Ohio University graduate, Andrew M Wiegand. Topline Tech specializes in computer diagnostics, repair, new builds, networking, web/email hosting and many other computer related services. We cater to any brand of computer, desktop or laptop. We also offer on site service (we come to you), drop off and pick up, and repair via the shipping carrier of your choice. In other words, not only do we offer local service to our customers here in central Ohio, but we will accomodate your computer problems anywhere in the country! |

Our goal, as IT (Information Technology) professionals, is to service your computer needs in an easy, affordable, non "techy" kind of way, that best addresses our first priority, your satisfaction. We will always explain things in terms you can understand and will NEVER over charge or bill you for something that does NOT need fixed or replaced. We will always strive to give you the best price and the best service available.We guarantee to perform our service at the least expense to you. We are effective, efficient, and timely, regardless of the customer. |

Who Do We Serve?
Topline Tech serves personal costumers, small business, and freelance contracts. Geographically, we serve mostly central Ohio clients; however, we offer service nationwide via shipping your computer to us by any shipping method you choose. We will always pay return shipping to you. There is never any job too small or too large for this company. We work for individuals as well as small businesses. We want your computer system(s) to be back in working condition (if we're repairing) or in better, faster performance (if we're upgrading) as quickly as possible. As people that have been working with computers for many years, we understand the importance of and reliance on these machines. |
